We’re Harvey & Lindsay and InShape Health Club is our family built vision.

For 12 years we’ve poured everything into creating a space that feels personal, inclusive, and built around high standards.

We started InShape because we wanted Louth to have more than just a gym, we wanted a place where people feel supported, connected, and proud to train.

InShape is a club where the atmosphere lifts you, the space feels premium, and the community feels welcoming from day one.
